Branding + Use Case Guidelines

At Walmart Connect, we developed an innovative Blind Ad Library to meet the complex requirements of supporting both internal and external initiatives without using real brands. Our aim was to navigate the intricate landscape of advertising and legal guidelines while enabling activities like A/B testing, creating advertising guidelines and activation pitching.

Over the span of a year, we curated a diverse collection of over 100 fictitious brands spanning every product category imaginable. These brands are readily available through a Figma link, ensuring easy access for creative teams at Walmart Connect whenever the need arises. We empowered teams across Walmart Connect to innovate and excel in their marketing endeavors.

TLDR: We created a special library of ads without real brands to support our projects. Our goal was to follow advertising rules while testing ideas and pitching promotions. In a year, we made 100 made-up brands covering all types of products. These brands can be found on Figma for Walmart Connect teams to use easily.
