Hilton Head Island Influencer Work

I had the privilege of working on an influencer campaign for Hilton’s Hilton Head Island, located in South Carolina.

The campaign was built around HHI’s 15th annual Seafood Festival and Foodie Themed Getaway that celebrates Southern Heritage and Culture with Food + Drink.

The festival explores the South’s evolving food culture, which has been returning its roots in recent years by honoring its rich native agriculture.


Influencer Parameters

The guardrails for finding content creators for this project included:

Age: late 20’s and 30’s

  • Geographic location: Within HHI’s target air markets (NYC, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta) as well as regional drive markets (Charlotte, Charleston, DC, Atlanta etc.)

  • Content: More so exploring new foods in different cities, cuisines, restaurants, etc. (not really “cooking in the kitchen” type of vibe)

  • Reach: 100K+ on TikTok, can have an Instagram following, too

I was able to curate a list of over 25 influencers that were both macro and micro talent with these guidelines, and collectively, our team was able to confirm influencers to attend the event.

The Seafood Festival will take place between February 21 - 27, 2022 that has an expected attendance of around 12,000 visitors.
